Problem

Current fiber generation codes are not in a general repo.

Solution

Add the fiber generation codes to svMultiphysics/utilities.

Additional context

These codes use a combination of Python and svMultiphysics scripts to calculate the fiber orientations in biventricular geometries.

The implementation includes the method from Bayer et al. 2012, and Doste et al. 2018.
