feature request: 3.3v combo pinouts - UART and I2C

I really like the smart and simple use of the edge test pads.

I really don't like deviating from defined standards - especially ones that are 5 years old. Recently finding this, I think it could use an additional combo (although a deviation). Like the ESP8266 (combines UART & 2 GPIO), most microcontrollers for sensor work leverage 3.3v UART & I2C as the SDIO is for SD Cards.

I'm free to do this with my own projects, but I thought I would share this observation.
