chore(deps): bump json5, @nomiclabs/hardhat-waffle and ethereum-waffle

Removes [json5](https://github.com/json5/json5). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [json5](https://github.com/json5/json5), [@nomiclabs/hardhat-waffle](https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat-waffle) and [ethereum-waffle](https://github.com/EthWorks/Waffle). These dependencies need to be updated together.
