Queue History: Allow export as CSV

Once you create a queue, in right side panel, there is queue history.

There should be a way to export this information as CSV.

This is blocked by this backend issue: SimplQ/simplQ-backend#165

Sorry, it's still not ready from the backend, and might take a lot of time as I am not looking into this for near future.
