Add missing Coal primitives #14
Description
The following primitives from Coal still need to be implemented:

coal::GEOM_TRIANGLE -
coal::GEOM_ELLIPSOID -
coal::GEOM_CONVEX(?)
This has been left off of PR #7, and must still be added in the future.
