Following PR Simple-Robotics/aligator#292 which was merged for aligator 0.13, the sign of
StateErrorResidualwas "fixed" to fit withControlErrorResidual.It also fixes the messed-up way the lower/upper limits on
BoxConstrainthad to be set for state variables, just as a user of aligator remarked in Simple-Robotics/aligator#290.
