[bug] Unit converter

Current behavior:
When entering the number "0" after the decimal comma (dot), the decimal value is reset to zero.

Expected behaviour:
After entering the number "0" after the decimal comma (dot), you can enter the next decimal number.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select "Unit Converter".
2. Select e.g. "Length".
3. Enter a comma "," or ".".
4. Enter the number "0".

The decimal value resets to zero.
