Stop ads

Recently every time I open the app on android it shows ads.
It makes it less convenient to use because every time I open I need to wait for the ad.

@thewh1teagle SMT apps were sold to ad company. Fork is here https://github.com/FossifyOrg. Camera isnt released yet, so you may just use the one from f-droid or here.
