Description
Running Environment (please complete the following information):
- Ubuntu 18.04 with kernel 5.4.0
- GCC 7.4.0
- SimpleSSD-FullSystem version: v2.0.3
- SimpleSSD version: v2.0.4
- I am using the guest kernel provided by SimpleSSD
Execution information
- Execution command line of gem5:
fio --name=fiorandread --filename=/dev/nvme0n1 --rw=randread --bs=4K --direct=1 --numjobs=1 --ioengine=libaio --runtime=1 --iodepth=24
Explain what you want to ask here:
I executed the above fio command with the sample config file provided in SimpleSSD and got 291MB/s for random read bandwidth.
I see that this is less than what was reported in the Amber paper.
Can I get the config files used to simulate different SSD devices in the Amber paper evaluation?
