Cannot load dataset

Hi,

I am encountering this issue when running "celldex::HumanPrimaryCellAtlasData()" locally.
Error: SignatureDoesNotMatch (HTTP 403). The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your secret access key and signing method.

When I ran it in a server, a different error message shown up.

The first error is a duplicate of #23.

I don't know what the second error is.
