New-Package command missing from book

in https://doc.sitecorepowershell.com/appendix/commands/Get-Package.html, under Related Topics there's a link for New-Package that goes to a raw md file. I noticed New-package is also not listed in the main navigation. But the md file renders okay on Github - not sure what's wrong with it.
