Food amount not matching food gained

MC Version - 1.20.1
Forge Version - 47.4.0
Mod Version - 2.2.9

Issue: I made a Diamond Quality piece of bread (food x6) and when eating it I only gained 2 food.
Modlist is included. The only thing i can think of conflicting in SOME way is Spice of Life
