Warnings in output for git.master

For any script, running against git.master currently shows the following warnings:

Opcache is now always available and implicitly enabled through opcache.enable. Opcache is already mostly covered through the tracing JIT fuzzer, so keep it disabled here.

I'll introduce a separate php.ini for master which doesn't explicitly include the extension which is now redundant
