Bug: New tab opens on launch

Describe the bug

A empty new tab opens on the right sidebar of Obsidian whenever you open Obsidian.

To Reproduce

1. Open the Obsidian app.

Expected behavior

Whenever you open the Obsidian desktop app (using Windows), it adds a new empty tab on the right sidebar

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 24H2
• Breadcrumbs version: 3.6.11
• Obsidian version: v1.8.10

Yes, I am on 1.11.7 and still seeing this issue.

@ofcAnjan Which version of Breadcrumbs? We are in development of v4

The version I'm using right now is 3.6.11.
I also tried to make another Vault, but the issue persists. And, disabling Breadcrumbs solves the bug.

@ofcAnjan v3 is no longer in active development. We are about to release v4.
