Localized versions of `duckuments`?

It would be nice to have localized versions of duckuments: for instance, \usepackage[french]{duckuments} would display a translated in French version of the current content of duckuments.

@dbitouze I'd need to create means to implement this, but else I'm open for PRs :) I myself can only provide English and German versions.

Also worth picking up the babel or polyglossia language... I'll think about it. But I'd have to write another paragraph of the story if I add a feature (package-internal policy...).
