Access to c$

Many thanks for this amazing work.

A customer is asking me to be able to access C$ on their devices, and I'm going crazy trying to find the setting that allows it. I've tried everything.

Is there any setting that directly affects access via File Explorer to \devicename\c$?

Windows fw policy?
It´s not recommended to open up incoming smb traffic.

Two components. Firewall. Intune defaults to the public zone. Which will not expose SMB.

Win - OIB - SC - Device Security - D - User Rights
Access From Network
Deny Access From Network

Access controlled based on SID of users/groups that are allowed to connect to the system over the network.
