[Bug] - Win - OIB - ES - Windows Hello for Business - D - WHfB Configuration - v3.2 - Minimum PIN Length & System account assignment error

Describe the bug

This policy recommends that it be applied to Devices. However, the "System account" is covered under a Device assignment and it cannot be compliant with the policy which generates this error in the "Assignment failures report" view in the Intune web UI for the "System account".

Microsoft seems to recommend applying that Minimum PIN setting to Users instead of Devcices.

What do we think?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Assign "Win - OIB - ES - Windows Hello for Business - D - WHfB Configuration - v3.2" to a group with Devices.
2. Wait for the policy assignment to occur.
3. View the Assignment failures report
4. See error deploying the policy to the "System account"

Expected behaviour
No error
