Suggestion
I would like to suggest switching Skript's tag system from Bukkit to Paper tags.
Why?
Since Skript now requires Paper, it would make sense to open up tag possibilities.
Bukkit's tag system is basically hard coded to Item/Block/Entity/Fluid.
Minecraft supports tags for all registries. It may not use them all, ex: attribute, but it's possible for users to create them.
Paper's tag system depends on registries, so it opens up many more possibilities for tag usage.
