Wifi Station Mode

Thanks so much for this project!

I'm trying to make Wifi Station mode work and... it doesn't seem to. I create WIFI.TXT on the root of the SD card, boot up the SkyViper, and nothing. It doesn't broadcast its own typical SSID, nor does it seem to broadcast a DHCPDISCOVER.

If I delete the file, I can then connect via the normal SSID. If I then browse, via the web interface, to the .trash, it does show the file and it seems to be readable.

What else can I try?

I,m having same problem, i can not make the Wifi Station mode to work. http://ardupilot.org/dev/docs/skyviper.html#wifi-txt , i have tried with diferent sd cards 16, 32 in fat32 format i can record and make pictures so the card is recognised. i have also updated all firmwares. any ideas of what it could be ? anything to try ? thank you ¡¡
