OpenPLC not install Properly in Raspberry Pi 2 and Raspberry Pi 3

Hello sir / Madam,
I use the OpenPLC in my Project with Node-RED v0.19.5 .But frrom the many days I faced some Issues is the openPLC nodes is automatically Removed or uninstaledl when i turned off my raspberrypi. 
so please help to solve my problem.
please give the response fast as soon as possible.
