Lint error after upgrading build tools version

After upgrading the build tools (in Commit ecb929d), build error occurs:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':app:lint'.
> Lint found errors in the project; aborting build.
  
  Fix the issues identified by lint, or add the following to your build script to proceed with errors:
  ...
  android {
      lintOptions {
          abortOnError false
      }
  }
  ...

For a workaround, adding the following snippet to build.gradle would ignore the lint error.

 android {
      lintOptions {
          abortOnError false
      }
  }

But the lint error need to be fixed.

I was facing the same error, It turns out that I first made a signed bundle, and then I was trying to make a signed apk. I went to the release folder and deleted the aab file that was created by the bundle and then generated a signed apk and it worked!!!

I am a noob when it comes to android and coding, so I really don't know if this is the solution to your problem, But I wanted to help anyway Since my error looked similar.
