Load from history

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I only have one use case, I want to load something I copied previously (but not my last copy obviously). I just want to use this tool to have a command to load into my system clipboard something from history.

I know about load but I have

✘ You can't load a clipboard into itself. ⬤ Try choosing a different source instead, or choose different destinations.
I know about history. It works but I can't choose what to load into the clipboard
