Data events

Could we get some data events passed along? Maybe with the target names?

I'd like to get a data event with details about the target being built so that my plugin can act on only specific build targets

I briefly looked at the plugin code on here and didnt see any events going out (though I'm still new to pluging development, working on my first one)
