How to structure repository folders

• Deep Learn Live extension
• Single Slice Segmentation + (Live) SegmentationUNet modules >> extension?
• Notebooks for research projects
• Utility functions (e.g. create folders for research projects, download files from Girder)

Do we want to merge Single Slice Segmentation and live UNet to Deep Learn Live?

How to make utility functions accessible from all folders (except Slicer extensions)?

• It's not easy to import python files not in the same folder

• Single Slice Segmentation should go in Deep Learn Live
• Live UNet is probably already in Deep Learn Live, but test performance
