Filtering for series

Currently, the series that are not selectable in the list include SEG and SR, and the rest are selectable.

This should be modified so only the CT and MR series are selectable, and the rest (SEG, SR, RTSTRUCT etc.) are not.

And PET! It is probably better to leave US out, since it does not work well with dcmqi.
