Update version to 1.0.0.2 and fix installation directory

- Bump BUILD_VERSION to 1.0.0.2 in CMakeLists.txt
- Change install destination from slick_queue/include to include for correct library installation
- Rename auto_install target to dist_slick_queue and package to package_slick_queue for clarity
- Update CHANGELOG with new version entry documenting the installation directory fix
