ipadaptersd3 install in comfyui fails

Tried to install iPadaptersd3 in comfyui and it fails. Log says HuggingFace_Hub no longer supports "cached download function and only supports hf_hub_download function. So import fails, and the node is not installed. Install code needs to be fixed

I believe this is a bug in comfyui, will look a little harder
