Update Components Guide

* Rewrote components-guide.md

Rewrote large portions of components-guide.md for better flow between sections, better clarity of information, and significantly better grammar.

Updated the comparison table for a modern understanding of extensions.

Reorganized several sections, most notably moving required tools to the top of the parts list.
