sometimes i want to charge my trackers, so they will be off my body and thus unusable
server can see charging state, and maybe choose to ignore it if this is the case
however, it could still have a tps threshold or something, and choose to activate it again if it is on my body and tracking?
same idea if multiple trackers are assigned to the same body part; prioritize the one that is moving more
