Improve Wi-Fi reconnection

Until now, the SlimeVR doesn't always reconnect consistently to the Wi-Fi after a disconnection.

This causes problems for example when there is a poor signal, you may need to reboot the tracker to make it reconnect.

In my case, this makes the slimes unusuable in my network as it uses RADIUS and CoA do session disconnect, and the slimes doesn't connect back.

How did you connect to a WPA2 Enterprise (Radius)?... The Firmware does currently not support that feature?

Can you give some more infos?
What Tracker/MCU are you using? (ESP8266,... ESP32,...)
Did you check the console of the Tracker (Serial Monitor) to see if the tracker did reconnect or not?

An access point doesn't necessarily need to be WPA2-Enterprise to have RADIUS. In fact, I have tested a normal, and open access point without password and another one that is with a simple password, which both are on the same network

I use an ESP8266

I will give the complete logs a bit later but iirc it's about WifiStatus 4 or 7

And it stays at 3 blinks every approx. 4 seconds
