Fix pairing #131
Description
Right now pairing is very unreliable. Sometimes trackers just don't want to pair... A few things can be done:
- Allow pairing and tracking at the same time, this will let us see the tracker working in the server and reduce frustration from uncertainty
- Change tracker's LED color when it's in pairing mode. Since it's very frustrating and unclear how long you need to hold and in what way to enter trackers in pairing mode, if the color of the LED in pairing mode would be different (the most annoying - blue), then it would be at least clear that right now it's in pairing mode
- Same with the dongle. If it's in an obvious "Accept all pairing requests" state, it should blink the LED
- Make the pairing more reliable. It seems there is a bug: Bug: Trackers in pairing mode no longer connect to the receiver unless connected via USB #125 and maybe more
