Further info:
The kitchen requires a single item to be left behind which means for recipes with a potion (jellies etc.) they will not process as they cannot be stacked.

The kitchen is working as indented, though I agree is can be refined to allow the crafting of these but this will be a future enhancement, not a fix.

i could not get any recipe to work that didn't include a potion. even sandwiches would not craft

Thnaks, I tested a few and was ok so long as there wasn't a non-stackable

ok. i think i figured it out. it wouldn't craft anything unless every recipe item had at least 2.

Fluffy found a way around that with a number of recipes in the auto ancient altar, and I believe another machine. iirc though, it had to have all 9 spots fill a recipe.
