When the launch destination has no authority, the rocket is in the process of launch, so it can't be successfully transmitted and the box can't be destroyed.
Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)
Select the coordinates that the earth does not have permission to launch, and it cannot be successfully launched and is stuck in the launching state.
Expected behavior (Required)
Terminate the launch
