bg-[var(--border)] bg-opacity-30.

Before:
- text-secondary (#475569) on light gray had ~4.5:1 contrast
- text-muted (#94A3B8) on light gray had ~3:1 contrast (failing WCAG AA)

After:
- text-secondary (#334155) on light gray has ~7:1 contrast (WCAG AAA)
- text-muted (#64748B) on light gray has ~5:1 contrast (WCAG AA)

Affected areas:
- Mission section descriptions
- Product card details
- Dashboard feature descriptions
- FAQ text content

Note: Dark mode contrast ratios remain compliant as those values are
separately defined in the @media (prefers-color-scheme: dark) block.
