Add ability to move the screen during a replay by dragging the left mouse button

In replay viewer, it would be awesome if you could move the screen also with dragging of your left mouse button (like in elma online's replay viewer), whether the replay is playing or paused (the only exception would be when using "follow driver" option and replay is playing, I guess).
