Out of date web site should be removed

Hi! This web site is old and makes the project look dead. But the code repos have lots of activity.

The web site should just redirect (to github.com/Smithay for example) or else a new web site should be created.

Actually I had started updating it a few weeks ago, but you're right we should probably remove the outdated parts.

Scratch that I though this was an issue on the smithay-book repo. 🤦‍♀️

I think the main stale part is actually the releases from GitHub. Since the project doesn't use that feature anymore, it looks like it was active in 2017-8 and basically had one release in 2021 and is now dead.
