Discrepency in 2.0 BOM

For designator c27 the voltage is listed as 6.3, but on the manufacturers page it is listed as 4.0. Is 6.3 just a typo?

Yes, should be 4 V.
Addressed in commit ddc01af here.
Supply voltage for this capacitor is 3.3 V; so, a voltage rating of 4 V is sufficient.
