Migrate to shiki 1.x #474
Description
Shiki moved to version 1.x and introduced major changes.
My implementation around 0.x in the shikier 11ty plugin seems more powerful to me than the decorations and transformers build into shiki 1.x, but since renderToHtml was removed in 1.x, it's no longer compatible.
In general moving over probably has many benefits, but it also means adapting all code snippets in the blog to use the new syntax.
