More repositories needed

I have been working on implementing the editor into Snazzle. However, we will need more repositories in order to do this. To get the editor working correctly, we will need forks of both scratch-gui and scratch-paint. If we want to add blocks, we need both scratch-blocks and scratch-vm. More info here
