[Feature Request] Configurable Number of requests to Metadata Providers #274

Hi @Snd-R,
Would it be possible to implement an option to specify how many requests should be made to the Metadata Providers to avoid the ratelimit of 200 requests imposed by ComicVine?. There are series with more than 200 issues where the limit is reached before the info can be saved into the DB.
