- Install the latest Forge for 1.12.2 (download)
- Get the latest Cranberry version here (download)
- Put the file in your
.minecraft/modsfolder

... open the ClickGUI?
The default key for ClickGUI is not bound. Go to "Game Menu" > "Controls" > "Keybinds" > "Cranberry / ClickGUI" and set your ClickGUI bind, and after configuring, press the key you've bound.
... execute a command?
Use the ingame chat with the prefix
^.
