bug: Hidden Explore & Reels can still be accessed via the new swiping feature

Description

Instagram made it easier to brainrot by allowing to quickly swipe through the navbar without clicking, even with hiding the navbar, it does not kill this feature, at least it limits scrolling to the top reel so i won't be poisoned by reels anymore but if there is a fix for this please let me know.

Minimal Reproduction

Use the new swiping feature Zuckerberg has implemented, even with the navbar icons being hidden you can still access the reels and explore section. Just swipe left or right on the middle of the screen and it will still take you to those sections

I can not confirm any solution for the latest Instagram version, as the latest supported version by SCInsta is still v384. I will try to get around to fixing this soon, it's just quite difficult to keep up with the rapid changes of the Instagram app. As soon as I fix one thing, two more break.

It looks like the tab bar itself now controls a collection view that is full-screen in the app.

Basically, surfaces are the different main tabs in the app. Each icon on the tab bar is a "surface", and this fullscreen swipe controller lets you swipe between the surfaces. hopefully i can intercept the surfaces before their creation, and prevent the reels surface from being added to the tab bar in the first place.

This is fixed in the latest version of the dev branch!

Feel free to try out the dev version with Instagram v414. All of the main features are fully working, with some small edge cases.
