feat: Ability to move in-chat buttons next to message bar

Description

Currently, the toggling whether media gets marked as viewed, and the mark chat as read buttons are located at the top of the screen, which is difficult to reach.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to move these buttons into the typing field, for example by moving the voice message, image, and sticker icon into the + section, or by triggering the buttons features via shortcut (like a triple tap and quadruple tap)
