Tutorial?  Load all of NextKB?

Could you please add an entry-level tutorial (for people who are currently unfamiliar with Soar) to use smem-question-answering.

I managed to do:

```
./SoarCLI.sh
source <PATH_TO>/Question-Asker-Agent/Question-Asker-Agent.soar
```

But don't know how to access further.

Also, any pointers on converting and loading the entirety of the NextKB files?
