Remove redundant CI documentation files

Remove local documentation files that duplicated content from socket-registry:
- CI-SUMMARY.md, CI.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, README.md
- Individual workflow docs (lint.yml, test.yml, types.yml)

All CI documentation is now maintained centrally in socket-registry.
