[Feature Request] Use a subtitle track as the source for the dub

Add the ability to use a subtitle track as the source content for the dub.

Example: a youtube video in Arabic with a single speaker has english subtitles. I would like to use open-dubbing to create an english dub track using the english subtitle track as the source of truth.
