How to use the core component of OTB lib

Hello gents,

I have already build the OTB.lib successfully following the instruction.
Can we use the core component's API such as instancing an object of SOCmnVariant in our personal project?
I tried doing that but got the LNK2001. For your information, the include folder is added and OTB lib is also provided. I am using visual studio 2022.
Could someone give me a hint?
