Server tests fail to run on macOS due to: sed: illegal option -- r

All those scripts simply hang, I have to interrupt them, and the output has identical error:

Well, sed is generally broken here, it seems. Fixing the first error, I get this:

Tests here actually freeze on x86_64 too (tested on 10.6.8 with Xcode 4.2 and Clang-11:

Three initial pass (like on PPC), then it freezes and I have to interrupt the process. On PPC interruption allowed to skip a test with a failure, here it just fails:
