Workflow of CMC request

The construction and Maintenance request form should accept the data from the user and HoD should have power to forward or reject the request, once forwarded, the request will go to SDE and he will able to Accept, Reject or Forward the request to CMC Head.

Similarly the CMC Head would forward the request to principal, and further the request would be forwarded to Trustees for final acceptance or rejection.

Working steps :

1. Go to Construction and maintenance cell request form
2. Add row

• Write the Label Name choose its type If option required please write the options.

3. Set Perm level ( 1 to 9 ) like : 3

With the help of Perm Level only CMC views these features.

User Redirect to /me on erp.GNE

here we will use the java script in the website script 🥇

Steps :

1. Login to erp.gndec.ac.in
2. Type website script in the search bar
3. Select website script ( Note : Website script should be java script )
4. Paste the script which is given in the solution.
5. Then save it

Now every user goes to the /me page.

In today's meeting with CMC Head, we( Me, Sahil and Jasjit) added
below requirements according to the CMC Head.

1. Image size has to be uploaded <= 500Kb.
2. Add state and card in SDE dashboard named "onhold".
3. Same stock can have 1 or more costs.
4. Sde shouldn't approve and reject the request.
5. Sde can action as "Return", then state changes to new one
   "Returned" which will be shown to HoD in the new card.
6. Sanctioned part will not be shown to sde.
7. Estimate will be mandatory so that if Sde will not set an estimate
   then it doesn't go further.
8. By default signature will be users signature or there will be no signature.
9. Create a card in the SDE dashboard named "approved by CMC".
10. Sanctioned cost will be visible only if CMC Head approves the
    request. Then there will be 2 fields "Sanctioned cost" and "Estimate
    Cost"
11. If sales invoice value exceeds estimated cost then give alert message.
12. if sales invoice value exceeds Sanctioned cost then didn't
    generate the bill.
13. create user "Dealing Head" Enter Stock and Bill generation.

Requirement No. 2 & 4 are done.

Steps :

1. Goto the workflow list
2. Open construction and maintenance request
3. Delete Approve and Reject Action
4. Add the new workflow state "Hold by SDE"/Doc Status - 0 /Edit by - SDE
5. Add workflow action master "On hold".
6. Go to translation rules
7. Add new row
8. | Forwarded | On hold | Hold by SDE | SDE|
9. edit the row according to 8th step
10. then save it.

Steps to add the card on the SDE dashboard :

1. Go to dashboard list
2. Select SDE dashboard
3. Scroll down and first delete the approve, reject cards
4. Add new card " On Hold"
5. Document Type : "Construction and maintenance cell request form"6. in filters add the filter : "Hold by SDE"8. Choose color7. Then save it.

Deepak according to what you add in the transition rule of new workflow state, when the SDE do the action of on hold, then the state becomes agian "Forwarded", which means forwarded by HoD, so that is wrong, we need to assign the next state here i.e. "Forwarded by SDE", now I'm correcting this.
