compat with centered detect clear sky labels in pvlib>0.8.0

The test_validator.py::test_detect_clearsky_ghi is failing with pvlib 0.8.1, I believe due to the change in the label convention in pvlib/pvlib-python#1074

We might need to rerun the daily validation for the reference data when we make this change.
